Pocket pads have an opening in the back and can be stuffed with as much absorbancy as you'd like. Pocket pads come with one insert. Minis and Regulars are made with 2 layers of the fabric of your choice and come with 2 layer inserts. Overnights and Super/Postpartums are made with 3 layers and come with a 3 layer inserts. Extra inserts can be ordered at the refill liner page. Minis [8" long] are made with 2 layers of sherpa or hemp/ 3 layers of flannel. Regulars [10" long] are made with 2 layers of sherpa or hemp/ 3 layers of flannel. Overnights [12" long] are made with 3 layers of hemp or sherpa/ 6 layers of flannel. Postpartum/Supers are 14" 3 layers [6 layers of flannel]. Each can be topped with microfleece.
